DRAFT — these terms need the client’s review, and ideally a lawyer’s, before launch. They apply when you request, accept or receive services from Prolific Solutions. Accepting a quote means you accept them.

Quotes

Every job is quoted individually from the details you provide about the property: its address, type, approximate size, condition, vacancy and the service required. The quote reflects that information. If the property differs materially from what was described — significantly larger, in substantially worse condition, or occupied when described as vacant — we will contact you before proceeding rather than adjusting the price silently.

Payment terms, any deposit, and the period a quote remains valid are stated on the quote itself.

Scheduling, cancellation and access

Work is scheduled to the date the property has to be ready, as agreed when the quote is accepted. Any notice period for cancelling or rescheduling, and any charge for late cancellation, is stated on the quote.

You are responsible for arranging lawful access to the property — a key, lockbox, supra, gate code, on-site contact or being present — and for confirming that we are permitted to work there. Access details are shared only with the team assigned to the job.

If the team cannot access the property at the scheduled time and no alternative has been arranged, the visit is treated as a late cancellation.

Scope of work

The scope of each job is the scope described on the quote and on the relevant service page of this site. Work outside that scope — including trash-out and junk removal beyond bagged debris, hazardous materials, pest or mold remediation, carpet shampooing and exterior windows above ground level — is not included unless the quote says otherwise.

On construction sites, cleaning is scheduled after the trades have finished in the areas to be cleaned. Dust that settles after our work is complete, because other work continues, is not a defect in ours.

If something is missed

If any part of the agreed scope has not been completed to the standard described, tell us as soon as you notice it and we will return to address it. Please report concerns before the property is occupied, photographed or handed over where possible, so that the condition can be verified.

Liability and insurance

Prolific Solutions is insured, and every cleaning professional in our network is required to maintain their own liability insurance. If something is damaged during a visit, contact us immediately so we can resolve it. For safety reasons the team does not work from ladders above step height, move large appliances or heavy items, or handle hazardous materials.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage arising from defects in fixtures, surfaces, finishes or appliances that were not disclosed to us, nor for items left unsecured in a vacant property.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law.
